By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this extended delivery time, which may exceed the standard 30-day timeframe established by EU law.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. All packages are insured and fully trackable.
In accordance with EU and Italian consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be in a condition suitable for resale — they can be tried on as in a physical store, but not worn or used. We kindly ask that you return items with their original packaging when possible.
